Es un lugar muy sencillo, sin embargo la calidez de sus trabajadores lo hacen acogedor, lo que si les faltan frigobares x cada habitación, es muy importante que lo tomen en cuenta

No está cerca de la playa pero hay tour y lugares cercanos para comer. El buffet está riquísimo y el servicio es excelente.
Exelente servicio y atención del personal las instalaciones muy cómodas alberca limpia todo en general bien lo recomiendo solo reservar con anticipación

La tele en mi habitación se veía pésimo y el wi-fi del hotel no llegaba más allá de recepción y alberca pero fue cómodo, la habitación estaba limpia y nadie te hace ruidos incómodos en pasillos o balcones
Reservamos con 1 mes de anticipación y al llegar le dieron nuestra habitación a turistas sin reserva. Intentaron enviarnos al hotel más cercano (con menos calidad), pero cobrando el mismo precio.

Personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias, espaciosas, buena ventilación, con un closet y tocador pequeño, con camas limpias, balcón, aire acondicionado que es súper necesario, muy céntrico a 10min del centro playa santa cruz muy cercana,ado cercano, Oxxos y plazas cercanas , alberca limpia, baños limpios, de gran ayuda el refri y agua del lobi, excelente, sin duda regresaré!
